What we collect while FrameMotive is in early access.

Early-access requests

When you request an invitation, we store your email, selected plan, where you opened the form and the time of your consent. We use this to assess interest and contact you about FrameMotive early access. Joining the free waitlist does not take payment or create a product account. Paid founding subscriptions are separate and optional.

Requests are stored privately in our Google Cloud project. To request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw your request, email o@copyrighted.net. We keep early-access requests for up to 12 months unless you become a customer or ask us to remove yours sooner.

Site analytics

Our self-hosted Umami service records page visits and interactions such as demo plays, pricing views, plan choices and successful early-access requests. We do not send your email or anything you type to analytics. URL queries and fragments are excluded; only restricted campaign labels and the referring site’s origin may be recorded.

Umami processes browser and connection information to derive pseudonymous sessions and approximate location. It runs in our existing Google Cloud service in the United States. Your browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Analytics runs by default without a consent popup or analytics cookies. An earlier popup choice no longer controls collection.

Payments

Stripe processes subscription payments and manages billing information, receipts and cancellations. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout, not on our server. We store limited payment records such as Stripe event, customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status and paid amounts in private Google Cloud storage. Card details and customer billing contact information remain with Stripe. Payment identifiers, billing contact details and card data are not sent to Umami. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare handles DNS, HTTPS and the website’s edge connection. Google Cloud hosts the server and private early-access records. Infrastructure providers may process request and security logs. We do not sell early-access information or use it for ad targeting.
